Another "Family Gone" Night
2) Vodka/Soda and a bottle of wine (courtesy of @tonyled...wife gave me the clear. Fear of red wine and postpartum heartburn. She has the white on lockdown)
3) Loaded potato and homemade bread.
4) Guy movie. I usually go with a throwback Western but last night the old theater in town did Butch and Sundance so I got my win there
5) limited presentation

1) a wife who has to travel 2-3 times a year for her job
2) living close enough to your yuppie in laws that get mortified when their 3 year old grandchild shows up in non matching outfits and dirt on her that they take her for the day.
Gotta play the long game."Brought to you by bourbon, bacon, and a series of questionable life decisions."

killit, I must say that whenever I see one of your posts.....I immediately stop anything I am doing and prepare for a good laugh...HOWEVER I don't think it is a stretch to possibly consider that your spouse traveling ...2-3 times a year ...."for her job" is the only explanation for her sojourns away from you. Just thinking out loud here.Sarasota Fl. and Lake Toxaway N.C. (and Novembers on the island of Kauai) (and April in France.... Don't hate on me for that)

Gotcha. I haven't had the privilege of seeing Frozen yet. My kids were past that age when it came out. I used to feel that way about Lion King due to sheer number of repetitions, but after a few years and a couple of trips to Africa I've come to appreciate how good it really is. I could see it again at this point.

Boy times have changed. I had zero say in what was on the television when my dad was around. My childhood consisted of 60 Minutes and Bonanza.
I was the human remote control too. Who knew they had voice activated remote control in the 70s... -

Hee Haw was the premier prime time source of T&A in the late 60's, early 70's for dirty old men.
