    The Fire Roasted Green Chile's are the best. Also the Red Chile sauce is a favorite of mine on Breakfast Burritos. You can purchase by the three pack....which is a nice way to try them....I purchase by the case myself. There are some great recipes on that sight and the photography is awesome.

    Not sure how it got to be such a big deal here but I'm glad it did. You can't get away from it. They serve them in every restaurant,  they roast them fresh in front of every grocery store in my neighborhood for a month. They put them in everything too. Tortillas, salsa, casseroles, etc.

    I still have a half-bushel in the freezer, won't have to buy any this year.
    But, I'll probably stop by the local stand just to breathe in the fumes for a few minutes; wonderful!

    Same here.  Also, I am like 4 hours from New Mexico so friends always bring them home.  My wife can't get enough of them.
