Ribeye is my favorite. I had to entertain customers last week and took them to Steak 48. It’s one of the few steak houses that I really enjoy. They have what is known as “The Butchers Cut” It’s the spinalis of the rib eye and they only source it from SRF. It’s truly my favorite and hope to do a BGE attempt later the yearXL BGE

So last night I grilled 4 pichana roasts. (Thank you Costco) Cut them into 24 1.5-2” steaks. Today is repurposed Pichana for lunch burritos.No pics of the roasts because the conversation was flowing much like the libations. Again, one of my favorite steaks.
