Today's meal began with
Skirt Steak, marinated overnight . . .

And
Bacon-wrapped Rings of Onion . . .


On the Egg
(For smoke, Hickory left over from Monday's smoke plus a coupla Cherry chunks) . . .


Then, onto the flat top grill . . .

(Those are butter bubbles.  :)  )


Next, Broccoli, Carrots, Poblano, and a bit o' Red Pepper Flakes.


Skirt Steak, jes' chilling on the "cool" side of the griddle. . .


Once the Baconion Rings come off the Egg,
 . . . finished.


As for alla that talk about "Meatless Mondays"
and eating only fish on Fridays?
Well . . .
