Pastrami From Scratch Help
Looking for a tried and true, readers digest version " recipe ". I have done due diligence searches and many seem to complicate the process.
I want to do a full packer ,many recipes I see are for a few pounds and flat only...is this a bad idea to start? I have bought corned packers at the store so it seems possible.
Thanks in advance
