remebering all the heroes this weekend.

beef back ribs and pork spares.  Cooked at 250.

beef ribs for 6 hours, pork for 5.5.

FTC now.  Plan on throwing back on to Sauce for a few mins before dinner.  Going to spatch a chicken now raised direct with a few extra thighs.
