    Part of the appeal of BBQ is taking a cheaper cut and turning it into something better. At some point people may as well just eat a nice prime ribeye.

    Where in Beeville are you finding this deal?

    Elder's Country Store & Meat Market.  It's their regular Saturday special and it's the best thing they serve if I'm being honest.

    This is straying off subject, but I thought you would like it just the same. Here is a buddy of mines setup. On the Brethern his username is Chaostheory. I spent countless hours on the phone with him a few years ago when he first started. He is now turning out some great Q and has expanded his cooking capacity to include two Vaults. 

    Pretty sweet setup. 

    Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

    Status- Standing by.

    I have really been considering getting a Safe myself for everyday cooks. The wife will probably act a fool, but I'm about use to it ;);)

    Seeing how this thread is about Q rankings, this may be of interest to some. Sunday, June 4th, at 4:00pm CDT, on the travel channel, Food Paradise has a show coming on called Barbecue Bliss. They are ranking the best 8 Q joints of 2016. I know it's just their opinion, but it should be interesting just the same.
