Looks great man. If I may suggest, try it grilled/griddled. Once rolled up just cook it in a skillet or griddle with some butter. Seals it nicely, melts the cheese, and I love the texture of a grilled/griddled tortilla.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
