Vietmanese-style roast duck and pineapple, pak choi and asparagus (with pics)

I adapted the traditional braised duck and pineapple recipe to work with roasting, and added smoking over cherry to the party. After discussing with a friend in Saigon, turns out this doesn't really exist in Vietnam so he named it Vịt Nướng Thơm (a literal translation).
Full recipe and cook details are in this blog post:

The finished dish (scroll down for more pics):
Smoking on a raised grid in the large, basting partway through:
Art-y close-up shot because SMWBO likes doing this:
Searing both sides:
Plated and served with seared veg, pineapple, jus and red wine:

Good grief. Whatever you do for a living. Quit and start cooking. I'd hate to even eat that it looks so perfect.
Shoot, who am I kidding. I'd pick it up bare handed and have it all over the place.Huntsville, Al LBGE -

Thanks folks.
@GrillSgt - I learn something every day, bok choi is another name for pak choi. I blanched it for 30 secs then seared it for 20 secs each side on the CI grid. The asparagus was boiled for ~2mins and also seared.
@THEBuckeye - I live in the UK, so this probably won't be of much help to you, but I got the duck from Waitrose. They regularly have duck leg pairs on a BOGOF offer.
