    I'm Armenian, we grew up on lamb...Chops  ( thin at that) would have been the closest thing to a quick lamb cook ...A for effort and the seasoning sounds spot on

    Lamb is a sheep under 1 year old. Mutton is an adult sheep and is a stronger lamb taste. If you are in India, then mutton is goat meat. In the Spanish/Portuguese culture, cabrito is goat.

    @fishlessman Those chops on last lamb I had butchered would have about three bites per chop but lawdy they were good.
