Ginger soy sockeye with a deconstructed egg roll

Marinated sockeye in a standard ginger soy. Soy sauce, water, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger. Grilled on a cedar plank. Boiled the marinade and used as a glaze. 

Deconstructed egg roll: ground pork, Napa cabbage, baby bok Choy, carrots, onions, garlic, ginger and deep fried won ton wrappers for crunch. Served with hot Chinese mustard (love that stuff)

fun cook. Had wok on the max for the egg roll, salmon on the large and won ton wrapper in the deep fry. Only change would be use the wrappers as a garnish as they got soggy in the mix.
