OT-It's getting to be that time again, MASTERS 2017 Golf Tournament!
Yep. Inside of 50 days before the tournament starts. Already lots to talk about heading into it. I'll be watching at home again this year as I was shutout for tickets in the draw this year. I'll make my first trip to ANGC in the future!
-How soon until Tiger officially withdraws? This is his main focus, does he string his back along until the week of and withdraw?
-Is this DJ's year? Playing really well right now.
-Is ANGC Jordan Spieths new home course. Aside from a disaster on 12 last year, he would have back to back wins. This year should be similar.
-Is Rory going to be healthy enough to be at the top of his game by then?
-Does Phil, Bubba, Adam Scott rekindle the ANGC touch?
-Chances we see Langer or Couples contending on Sunday?
-Does Jason Day win and reclaim world #1 ranking?
-First Masters since The King Arnold Palmers passing. Lots of memories and stories to be heard.
Already getting excited and starting to make plans. Best time of the year!!!

I don't care one bit about golf. But for 9 years Augusta was home, so, we have a soft spot for the Masters. Got to go to the practice round a few years ago to see the course.

Read on golf digest yesterday that the azaleas are all blooming too early and they likely wont have any blooms left for Masters week. Heard today on 680 the fan that they azaleas will have bloomed way before tourney time this year due to extremely mild winter. Even icing the ground can't keep them from blooming early this year.LBGE, and just enough knowledge and gadgets to be dangerous .

I'm guessing the azaleas are teeing off early. Who told 'em... Surely not the world famous ground hog, Punxsutawney Phil-he was into six more weeks of winter. Blame it all on General Beauregard Lee, a groundhog that resides at the Yellow River Game Ranch in Lilburn, Georgia just outside Atlanta. He did not see his shadow so a local hosed up the season. But I'm all in with the early spring climate change. FWIW- Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.
