Hey all,
a few months ago somebody posted a great link to a page  that had approximate cooking times for sous vide. I've searched the forum but came up empty if anybody know the link I'm looking for could you let me know.

I recommend the ios app from Poly Sciences called Sous Vide Toolbox. There are other apps that seem to only be a rebranded version.
The app gives accurate cook times and temps.
    Don't overlook the excellent resource:

Baldwin's site is a must visit. ChefSteps has a simple chart to print out and hang on your fridge.

I bought that Poly Science one for my iPad and have never been able to get it to work. Glad I didn't pay all that much for it.

That's strange. I use it on an iPhone 6s running the latest ios beta 10.3
Lately it does complain when launched that the developer needs to update it.
I suspect it is a 32 bit app. Apple want's everything to be 64 bit software now.
Despite this warning on launch, it still appears to work without any issues.

What sort of trouble are you encountering?

Like I said - the app is on my iPad and it just doesn't work for me. Maybe I'm too dense to figure it out.

It can be counter intuitive to use.
