Korean BBQ Tacos

Tonight was the first time using the BGE and I made my take on Korean BBQ tacos. Marinated flank steak over night with brown sugar, OJ, soy sauce, garlic, fresh ginger and a little sesame oil. Grilled at 550 for about 2 minutes or so per side. Turned out to be fantastic.

Very nice. Not trying to be critical. But next time cut against the grain. Makes for a more tender bite. I bet you'll like it even better. Welcome to the group.2-XLs ,MM,blackstone,Ooni koda 16,R&V works 8.5 gallon fryer, express smoker and 40" smoking cajun

Man those look stellar. I agree with @Texaswig- cutting across the grain, especially with skirt, makes a much easier bit because the slices pull apart.

Your knife can cut straighter than I can draw a line with my mouse...but you get the idea!Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -
