How do you use your Blackstone Griddle?

I see a lot of you own a Blackstone, and am curious what you cook on it? How does it supplement what you are doing on your BGE? I found a 28 inch unit for $99. The price is hard to beat, but I'm debating on whether this is truly a good buy for me?
Thanks in advance!

Zero regrets even with 3 eggs. I also take this camping with the MM. Go for it, you will love it.County of Parkland, Alberta, Canada

I have had mine since Christmas and I love it. Breakfast, fajitas (chicken, steak or shrimp), smashburgers, philly cheese steak sandwiches, shrimp fried rice, beef and brocolli, fried bologna sandwiches, chicken breasts, quesadillas...
and thats been a month. I use it when I'm in a rush or the weather is bad and I don't want to sit out by the grill. Basically it's my propane grill. I have 2 Large BGEs and I still use the crap out of this thing.
I also love love the fact I can fold it up and throw it in my SUV quick."Brought to you by bourbon, bacon, and a series of questionable life decisions."

Had mine for 5 days and have cooked on it four times. Can't imagine I haven't had one of these before. Smash burgers , carna Asada , any breakfast combo and no splattered mess from bacon on the kitchen stove.

how is the clean up?

quicker than washing a skillet
To the OP - I've had mine for just over 1 1/2 yrs - still love cooking on it, and do so at least 5 times per week. It really rounds out the outdoor cooking capabilities.

Besides breakfast and fish and shrimp and burgers and stir-fries and the usual items, I've also cooked Pizza and French Bread on it. Here are the videos for the Pizza and French Bread cooks:

I enjoy cooking on it, so I'm pretty sure there will be other ideas to try.

Clean up is a snap. Scrap it down wipe with a paper towel apply thin coat of oil and good to go for next cook. Somewhere there is a link in this thread, Walmart is clearing them out. You can search by zip code and find the stores that have em. I had to get one in another state. Some areas have em for 79$ or as low as 50$!!!

I have no reason to do so, but I think I'm going to have to try this.

making smashburgers with a blackstone is almost as quick as a drivethru. in the summer i season and make the 2 inch balls ahead of time so its just literally minutes away from getting off the boat and eating a burger

Thanks everyone! Looks like WalMart is selling out fast. I had to search several stores on-line until I found one. Hope to add it to the arsenal tonight.

Mines a 28 and this was dinner for 5 people. With the 28 $99 and the 36 $278 I decided to go with the 28.
