I did them sous vide from frozen then threw them on the MM. Didn't get as crispy as I wanted. But still pretty good.

They look good.Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

Digging the heck out of this. Got the SV for a Christmas gift prior to going to Ireland, have not had the chance to really cook with it yet. I am going to kill the wings with this baby.
Those wings look awesome, I am hoping I might be able to do 1/2 as good. Beautiful image."Knowledge is Good" - Emil Faber

Here's something you can use as a guide. http://www.amazingfoodmadeeasy.com/info/modernist-recipes/more/sous-vide-chicken-wings-recipe2-XLs ,MM,blackstone,Ooni koda 16,R&V works 8.5 gallon fryer, express smoker and 40" smoking cajun

@garthb4903 I like it. I need take the bottom vent off and tap it with a hammer. So the vent will be a little tighter. I havnt really did a lot of smoking on it just because I hardly ever do small smokes. I really should start practicing for when I take it somewhere to smoke.2-XLs ,MM,blackstone,Ooni koda 16,R&V works 8.5 gallon fryer, express smoker and 40" smoking cajun
