Only my third time cooking on my egg. Figured I would test controlling my heat on these chicken wings before trying some ribs tomorrow. Pecan smoke wood with a sweet and spicy sauce. Came out right good

BTW- sometimes the correlation between wing and rib cooks can get lost in the translation. Just run the ribs til they pass the toothpick test. FWIW-Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. -
Your egg has some strange blue purplish ambiance down in there... not sure about that but great looking wings!_______________________________________________XLBGE
