I threw in my own little various but for the most part I followed this. Make sure you toast the pecans before putting them in the pie, this is key!

@ShesGotEggs I line the pie pan with crisco. The pie literally falls out of the pan.
Very, very nice. Pecan pie and peach cobbler. That's all I need in the way of deserts.
