Brown Sugar BBQ Rub with additional Brown Sugar and Sea Salt...300 to Render the Fat, Bumped to crisp the bacon-drizzled with white and dark chocolate topped with crushed Heath Bar- Enjoy ( don't be hating on my paper plates )
