Wagyu Prime Rib

I got the opportunity to cook some A Bar N Ranch Wagyu beef this past weekend at my Holiday Class. You've got to check out the marbling on this amazing piece of beef. 

It was 19lbs and boneless so I cut it in half and trussed it up then seasoned with @MeatChurch Holy Cow. Cooked in 3:15 at 275 over oak. My goodness it was amazing. Enjoy some photos....
