@Grillmagic
The ribs look awesome brother. My wife prefers the texture of turbo ribs over low and slow ribs. No sauce. Just salt, pepper and cayenne. She will just about eat a whole rack.Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

Doing those Sunday for the extended family!! Nicely done!! Those look awesome.Just bought an Egg? Here is what you get to look forward to now:
Plate Setter, FlameBoss 200, Spider, PSWOO-CI, Additional Rig Shelf for dome cooking, Thermapen, iGrill2, Cast Iron, Blackstone, Cooking Accessories for the Blackstone, Cover for the Egg and the Blackstone, shopping for Rub like a fine wine or IPA, and a new fascination with lump and what brand is the best-all to be debated every Friday Night. Smoked indirect right? Think I'll give this a shot within the next few days..

They were smoked indirect at 350°/375° Meat side up and I did not touch For 1 hour 40 minutes which they past the bend test and I was ready to bring them in and my wife asked me to sauce them which took them another 10 minutes in hindsight I should've sauce them 10 minutes earlier but they were awesome.znagle28 said:Smoked indirect right? Try these sometime. Half an hour on the BGE and CRAZY good, best ribs I've ever had. I'm going to try them with a different rub next time.
