I was in Osaka, Japan last week for work. (About 20 miles from Kobe) went to a fantastic indoor market called Kuromon Ichiba. One of the stalls was selling skewers of Wagyu and cooking them for you while you waited. The skewers were 1,000 Yen (~$9.00) each. I popped for two. The guy used a simple electric skillet but they were fantastic. Fun way to try it. (The Eel and Scallops were pretty stellar too)Enjoying life in Cincinnati, Ohio - Large BGE & MiniMax BGE
