    Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
    "Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

    Looks great. Got me wondering how your Mom did her brisket. I assume it wasn't on the Egg. Did you adapt it as an Egg cook?

    @Griffin, i did make it on the egg in pan v oven.  Instead of 350 for 4 hours, did it at 275 for 6 hours in pan so the juice was part of the sauce.  It was great.  Thx

    Excellent looking spread, well done! Have a flat coming out of the sous vide tomorrow at noon, will finish on the egg. The duck fat spuds will make a great side, thanks for the inspiration.
