Whole Asian Snapper and Sides for Two

Whole Red Snapper seasoned with an Asian flare, from Food & Wine.  Egged at 350 with a couple pieces of grapevine wood.  Served with my best friend's embellished rice and simple zucchini.  I couldn't keep the fish pretty on the Egg, or on the plate but damn did it taste good.

The ole snapper, I could sure enough make a heck of a sexual joke with that one my friend. However you are one of my forum favorites so I will refrain from such antics.
On a seperate note, the grub looks great as always. I have no doubt that the Snapper Gods are looking down with envious eyes.

    Thank you brother John!

Thank you @Mattman3969, while I've never seen a "motherless goat", having come from the great state of KY, I do believe that's possible. ;)

That cook would just barely fit on the plate you would serve me. Just sayin'. It looks too good not to be on a tray with side boards, for me anyways.

  • Looks great. I saw a few of these at Costco the other day and started looking up some recipes. I think I found a winner.
