Couldn't make up my mind which one Ruben or burger?so I made a Ruben burger with corn beef. Swiss, sour kraut, homemade Russian dressing on griddled swirl rye bread. I was even surprised how good it was.

Can't get enough Reubens. Nice marbled bread, crunchy sauerkraut, what a mouthful.
Always reminds me of my first boss, I was a lad of 16 and hired to be in front of an industrial oven before and after school... this guy was a particular jerk named Billy Reuben.
Of course, once we found out that bilirubin (pronounced the same) is the stuff excreted from your liver that makes sh*t brown, we couldn't say his name without the kind of laughter that makes you vibrate uncontrollably. (We were kids, remember)
Guy couldn't get any respect.
