I have spent a tremendous amount of time in Deutschland and that meal looks as good as any I have ever had while there. Delicious food again Brent, you guys are an amazing couple and great team.
Tried to type "very good is a huge understatement" in German, but my new phone spell check ain't having none of it.
I will figure it out eventually.

Thanks for the recipe. I did apples and strawberries and added vanilla and a pinch of salt.

What's on top of the brats in the 3rd photo? This looks killer.
    Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

That brother is whole seed Dijon mustard.  I'm a mustard lover and my German bride loves the kraut on top of the next.  Thank you!

Thanks brother wig.  It's fairly simple and works well on the egg.  Give it a go.

My awesome wife (of German heritage) said "We should have some brats tonight".  I said "Brilliant".  So we got into a German kinda theme.
Cooked the brats in Warsteiner and browned on the XL. Sautéed onions, skillet taters with onion, kraut and red cabbage.

    Made apple strudel for dessert.

Brent.......you are a fortunate man.....and your meal is off the charts. Love the deviled eggs too. Hope all is well over your way.
