Pulled beef adventure... lotsa pics

3.5lb chuckie rubbed with salt & pepper & black ops brisket rub. On the large with pecan and hickory at 275-300 dome at 9am. Let it ride until 2 pm when it 165 IT. Threw it in a pan covered with one large sweet onion and two large bell peppers. Added some whatsthishere sauce and and beef broth to the veggies. Let it go until 215 IT at about 5pm. Pulled the chuck and shredded and added back to the pan. Back on the egg uncovered until about 6:30pm. Made sammiches with just beef mixture and shredded pepper jack cheese. It was great.





The old girl (Pepper) and the young girl (Bella) looking for a treat while I was shredding the beef.
