Seared scallops with a spicy citrus sauce

seared on the blackstone (wasn't planning to post so no pics). Served with a spicy citrus sauce, a tiny caprese salad with balsamic and black beans.

@bgebrent I went all @tarheelmatt on this one and didn't measure anything, but the ingredients were:
zest st of one lime (saved some for garnish)
lemon grass finely chopped (again saved some)
juice of said lime
evoo
cayenne
red pepper flakes
ground coriander
We just drizzled over the scallops on the plate.
it was a nice fresh citrus start with a little heat on the back. Would've been good with some fresh cilantro, but none in the house. -
@YukonRon thanks. And I do enjoy the time at the park. It is a lot of time and very tiring days because I'm a pacer, but I get to spend time with some good kids who love the game.
