Lobster Tacos!

My wife requested lobster tacos as one of the meals for "Mothet's Day Extravaganza Weekend" (serious inflation there). They turned out fantastic

Par boiled the lobster tails for four minutes, cracked open, and direct grilled. When done I chopped up the meat.

The topping was tomatoes, might, cilantro, lime juice and honey. And avocado.

@steelcityegger it was raised direct, probably 450 (just where it ended up, not by design), and I wasn't paying attention to time and just going visually.
