2 spaghetti squash sliced and rubbed with salt and Italian herbs just put on the large at 350° indirect

Lightly fried zukes

Squash sh ready to come off the egg

Shredded the squash and mixed with ricotta, parm spread in the pan covered with a hopped up marinara sauce and moz.

Just about out ready to come off the egg

Sliced

This pie was crazy good and will be repeated in the near future.  Thanks for looking.

Brother that looks great. That gives me a new idea for spaghetti squash as well. Thanks for sharing.

I did this a while back but you did a much better job. How did you drain the water from the squash? Mine was more watery even though I pressed it in a colander.

First off thank you for the recipe.  As for the water I squeezed the livin hell out of it in cheese cloth and then put it in a skillet for a quick cook down till all the moisture was gone.

@Mattman3969   Looks great, and the photos are impressive as always.

The zukes - shredded as well and mixed in?
