I used bricks and Webber grids for a long time.  I have to admit the CGS Adjustable Rig is pretty nice.

    1. High Heat Gloves
    2. High Heat Gloves
    3. High Heat Gloves
    4. (extra credit) instant read thermometer

I've been egging for a few years now. Love my gloves. But last Sunday while cooking burgers for 30 folks (sons 11th bday) I had both eggs going strong and in all the excitement I opened one without gloves. Pretty bad steam burns on 3 fingers. And this week at work we are interviewing CEO candidates. Imagine not being able to shake hands and explaining why I'm wearing band-aids...to my future boss.
    Fish, Hunt, Cook....anything else?

    No lump?
Lump is number 4.  I was only asked to provide the top three.
