Simple Kabobs after Butts to be posted later.
Smoked 8.5 lb shoulder after 24 hour brine then rub. Pulled the pork and food savered it for a lunch for our staff. Dropped a simple chicken kabob dinner on after going direct. Made for a good dinner for the two of us.
