I think you'll make a bigger impact on your cooking with the sous vide.

Me, I am ignorant on the sous vide. I like fire and rotisserie is where I think I would like to go."Knowledge is Good" - Emil Faber

Nice problem to have. Rotisserie I know, sous vide not much. What I do know is to me SV is more work and time vfoir something I am going to eat in 15 to 20 minutes. It's not worth it to me unless I am doing large quantities of food for a party or event. I rather have the rotisserie, but I am not sure I would use that much either. I like what I can do with my egg so far and they don't make one for the XL yet. Ask yourself which one would you use more and that is the one you should ask for.XL, WSM, Coleman Road Trip Gas GrillKansas City, Mo.

@MaC122
You win either way my friend. Just pick the one you think that you like the most and go for it. Or better yet, get both in time.Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

I say start with the Guy Fieri flip flops, then get the whole damn collection of you can. This will improve your cooking far more than any French food jacuzzi or spit can do.
Love you bro! -
