Today's VD fare, poppers, Ahi, Ribeye

Today was a nice lazy cooking day, gf is here, and egg burning all day.
Started with crab&cream cheese stuffed jalapeños. Then seared Ahi tuna, and a ribeye, with mini colored potatoes. 

Jalapeños go on 350°raised direct for approx 45mins, to an hour.
Ribeye,  and Ahi were flip seared with egg open, over high flames with a few minutes of closed dome cook time at 400°ish. Took off med rare, was fantastic,  happy VD.
