Yes... Another Beef rib post..

Last week our local supermarket had some really good looking Beef back ribs on special,so I loaded up the freezer.. I plan to do my normal 250 indirect with a little oak for smoke.. Cooking time who knows as long as it takes. The weather in Greensboro today is 64 and sunny... Everyone have a great Sunday whatever you are doing.. Cheers John..
