Thx bro!!  I went on a business trip to Minneapolis several years ago and tried both rivalries -- Matts Bar and the 5-8 Club.  To be honest, neither one really stood out to me as somewhere to revisit.

Glad my comment got some chuckles.  Seriously though, my first thought when I read the original post was "We haven't had a @SGH double seal of approval" post in a while but this one definitely earns it. 

As a holder of the rare double seal I welcome you to the club (although I'd be surprised if you didn't have one from a previous cook)..

There is a local place to eat near why I live called Hillbilly Hotdogs in WV and you can special order a 15lb hamburger and a local bakery makes the bun. My friends and I fed 30 with leftovers for a bday party. I may need to try to recreate this from your inspiration. The bun in the pic is a really large bun too but kind of shows the size.
