Bone -In Pork Roast

It's been awhile since I've posted. Lots of life events and lots of junk food. Picked up a pork loin this morning on my way home from work and it turned out to be Bone-In. I wouldn't of bought it if I had knew it was bone-in. So glad I did. Delicious.  I got the idea for the stuffing after reading/seeing the post from @noregard . Roll-cut and stuffed. Bones were cooked facing down and fat cap up.
