When you get ready to grind them, buy a cheap coffee grinder, put on a good mask and gloves then go outside to grind. When finished toss grinder, mak and gloves in trash.Large, small and mini now Egging in Rowlett Tx

Just as a follow up, I made the recipe that I posted the link to earlier. It is fantastic! I used smoked and dried Ghost peppers. Not too hot at all and very flavorful. Pour some of the Ghost chili hot sauce over cream cheese and spread on crackers.....TASTY!
