Finally got around to making @NecessaryIndulg 's Macaroni and 4 Cheese last night. It is hands down the best Mac n cheese I've ever had. Here is that recipe:

After dinner, I decided to throw together some Mac n Cheese stuffed Onion Sausage for a family get together we are having today.
They do not suck.

Thank y'all! That means a lot! The Mac n cheese sausage balls were a big hit with the family today. I have a lot of @NecessaryIndulg 's Mac n cheese leftover. I may prep some more of these with ground venison in lieu of the sausage.
Have a great weekend! -

Great Idea, what temp and how long did you grill them?Large, small, and a mini
-
@smokesniffer , I did them indirect at around a 350 deg dome temp. They didn't take long... Maybe 30 minutes? I don't know for sure though. I just made sure the IT of the Mac n Cheese hit 160.

@Dyal_SC Thank you Sir, I will do this for sureLarge, small, and a mini
