Simple pork ribs for two
It was just the 2 of us and we've been wanting some ribs. Loin back ribs with MC honey hog and honey hog hot. Some homemade creamy slaw and tots (not homemade). Worked well.

I don't know what it is about tots but man are they good, guess I'm forever a kid. Wife recently got some sweet potato tots and loved them as well.
Your ribs looked awesome as well. What temp did you run at.XL BGE, KJ classic, Joe Jr, UDS x2 -
