@Hotch and @Mickey - I'm in for helping to organize if there's anything I can do from here. Do we have a date nailed down yet?

It would be nice to have the inn and the fest on the same side of the creek. However, the park worked great since it was a covered space and it was easy to roll the eggs around. If @Mickey 's knees can take it, the grovelling for alcohol permission is worth it. Does the inn have another spot besides the venue for the afterparty?

Let me know if I can help out.
Yes. It is behind (on the creek) from where Little Strven stayed year before last. Very nice area.
It is the area I was going to change to a bring your own mini fest killing corporate and city fathers. You know the best thing about retirement is not having to as anyone permission for anything anymore. I'm getting where I can't stand me anymore (guess that's why I hang with VI so much).

  • That's a shame about Chris. First I had heard.

@Mickey - that wouldn't be a bad spot. I was the degenrate staying in the rooms next to the cottage that year. Could put up a big tent or something for cover. Or folks could bring pop-ups.

So what dates are being considered then?

He fell just behind where you stayed one night last summer. Hit his head.  I had posted, you must have missed it.

@Mickey I like your "Bring your own Mini" idea.
Maybe we keep that on the front burner.

Like a bootleg fest'.  Sounds ideal.

You and Leroy "own" the web site.  Take "egg" out of the name and trademark it.  I have a good friend that's a trademark lawyer if you need advise.  Then it can belong to you, you can even sell it, control the sponsors, rules, everything.  Power is awesome.

I'm upping my game for 2016. I won't be cooking since it takes away from the primary objective of pinching your PBR.

And I'm bringing bolt cutters this time...
