Deep fried dressing balls

I got bored and hungry.
@smbishop posted a great link for bacon wrapped stuffing balls. Didn't have bacon, but I had some oil and a wok.
I procured all the left over dressing from my mom last night. Balled it up and dropped in 350 ish oil until browned. I love the sledge pieces on the dressing for the crust. This was Effen awesome!

My dressing turned out a little too wet so my balls are loose & moist. I'm going with more breading and will make them for NFL appetizers tomorrow.Flint, Michigan

My oldest made sure we got the lions share of the left over dressing at Christmas. These weren't as good as the first batch. Still tasty. Should have used fresh oil and gone a little longer.
