Just like you brother grim!  I've got 5 kids who like to visit wth friends!  That's what made it make sense for me!  Cooking for a crowd.  Good addition to the eggs.

I lost count at 25 between this forum and bbq brethren.  I hope everyone is still enjoying!  Griddling has become a way of life for me! Got one for the rv and the blackstone at home!

Well, I had to keep it simple so as not to lose Mattie boy. I'll go slow.  Smash burgers, thank you for the idea @blasting! With sautéed onions, homemade bacon, cheddar, fried egg, fixins and hash browns!!  SWMBO approved.  Love the griddle!  It's legit @Thatgrimguy!






Well, the plated shot was a little dark.  The dinner was excellent!!

That is some great looking grub maign. Way to break it in.  I had dinner already but I am about to go fire up the blackstone for a bacon egg and cheese sammich after seeing this.

@blasting, I had more tools than shown my friend!  Those were there for the benefit of little Mattipoo @tarheelmatt.  Funny you say that though cuz we were out today looking for big spatulas in multiple kitchen stores.  Thanks for the inspiration brother!  It rocked.
