I got the new Oakridge BBQ Carne Crosta rub and have been dying to try it out.
Tonight we have, prime ribeye and one prime filet. Fresh pasta and homemade Alfredo.
This cook is still in process.

The rub looks amazing. I may have to get some.
I went through a made-from-scratch Italian food phase many years ago. Made all kinds of things including the pasta. Now you're making miss that time!

As we all come to grips with the realization that there will be no money shot from Grim, this should be a wake up call to all of us. This pervasive SWMBO mindset leads to suffering of male BBQ enthusiasts worldwide.
Too dramatic?
Seriously, those are some fine looking steaks Grim.Phoenix -
I'll just have to make more pasta and Alfredo!
The pasta is easy.
10 oz Flour
2 whole eggs
4 additional yolks
1 teaspoon kosher salt
I took the recipe from here.
