Tonights Fish Tacos and Mexican Corn, YUM!

SWMBO made pico de gallo earlier today with our last homegrown maters and jalapeños.  



Mahi the fish.

Mexican corn with butter, fajita seasoning, cheese and cilantro.

It turned out really good.  Cheers!

Last time we did fish tacos we grilled sea bass, used molasses as a light coat and then coated with powdered pecan and brown sugar. We threw a slaw with a vinegar base on the m and served it up. I ate until I was sick!
