Fontina/Prosciutto stuffed filet mignon with beurre rouge sauce etc...

Stuffed two filets with grated fontina and chopped prosciutto.  Wrapped asparagus in home made pepper bacon.  Roasted potato wedges on the egg and finished with a beurre rouge sauce that required direct heat.  Was quite nice.
