Bagged this old boy at 38 yards (during season and frozen) going away with a single shot 12 gauge.  Turned out better than expected.  Brined, tied, Dizzy Dust then raised indirect at 375 until IT of 165.  Field to table.
Kept the breasts and gave the remainder of the bird to the neighbors.
With mashed taters and salad was righteous.  Turkey hunting is so fun!
