Just picked up some of that Lag 16 for only $49.99 in Honolulu. Is $130CAD plus hefty tax at home!Ladeback69 said:
Nice assortment of fine spirits. I need a cigar and some bourbon soon.pgprescott said:Went to a local liquor store after dinner last night to pick up an assorted 6 pack of craft beer for the youngest daughters BF. While there I picked up a nice bottle for myself. The gal on duty asked if it was my birthday to which I replied “ no, it’s Wednesday “ 😂
anyway, a few fingers with my Oliva. Cheers!

it's funny to see different opinions. the Melanio scored high & lots of people love them, I just didn't care for them. I like the Oliva G a lot. this thread has been really cool. I've tried several that y'all have posted and found surprisingly few that I didn't care for. I shouldn't be surprised.....eggheads have impeccable taste.

Larutan from Drew Estate. Got this and some others as a throw in with another purchase. They are all “aromatic “ I’m told. This has a sweet chocolate/ cappuccino flavor on the wrapper. Smokes nicely and pairs with my coffee well.

I need this vile habit like a hole in the head, but same goes for my whiskey habit. 😜 -
I like how this thread is 95% @pgprescott sucking back stogies. Good on you, buddy.
Given that the cold has set in (many mornings are about 23 F and descending very sharply), I likely won’t see that many sticks the next 6 months or so. -
Thus the shorter stogies already. Too cold and too dark in the evenings already. Getting to stock up time of year. LOL.GrateEggspectations said:I like how this thread is 95% @pgprescott sucking back stogies. Good on you, buddy.

Since it's been months and almost 60 I thought I needed and appetizer before dinner.

I am quite fond of the Balvenie double wood. I always have a bottle in reserve. The 5 Vegas ain’t bad either. I really like the original red label ones best, but they all are pretty darn good. Your weather beats ours by 20+ degrees. Enjoy!!!!Ladeback69 said:Since it's been months and almost 60 I thought I needed and appetizer before dinner.

Been there the last few weeks. Thought I would take advantage of it. Smoking a Turkey later on the eggpgprescott said:
