My humidor is small. Right now, I have 4 boveda packs in it. 2 of them are brand new, and the two others are "refilled" (wrapped them in a damp Scott towel and put them in a ziploc bag for a few days). Humidity won't go above 55%... I'm thinking of using the 89% packs during the winter months.

I have an idea @paqman. Send those puppies down here and I will humidify them for you. Of course I may need to verify the burn and draw on a few (all) of them, but at least we will know.paqman said:My humidor is small. I didn't think the packets could be reused. Once they were hard they were done.XL, WSM, Coleman Road Trip Gas GrillKansas City, Mo.

They are not meant to be reused, I've seen that they could be reused on another forum. Tested them in a ziploc bag with my hygrometer and they are fine. This was my first time doing it, not sure how many times it can be done. Also, not sure if I would trust using just refilled packs but in this case, I'm also using two brand new ones.Ladeback69 said:I didn't think the packets could be reused. The only thing else I can suggest is take all the cigars out, put them in a plastic bag or tuber ware with the two packs and your gauge. If it is reading ok I would take a clean sponge or towel, wet it with distilled water and wipe the insides of your humidor. Then put your gauge in there for a few hours to see what it reads. This is what I did when I got a new humidor. How new is your humidor.
This reminds me I need to check mine and refill everything.XL, WSM, Coleman Road Trip Gas GrillKansas City, Mo. -

I ordered some Rocky Edge today also, but in the natural wrapper. Where does everyone order their cigars from? I use the auction site associated with Famous Cigars. Has anyone ordered from over seas sites that are willing to take the import challenge?saluki2007 said:

I order from Thompson. Big fan of the Rocky's. I usually order a sampler pack of just their stuff.CoMoBGE said:

They aren't my favorites, but it really burned nicely. Pretty good smoke all around IMO.Ladeback69 said:
