They say "You are what you eat"

I eat vegetarians (cows), therefore I am a vegetarian.

I also drive a solar powered car.  All of the energy in gasoline can be traced back to sunlight.  Therefore, my car runs on solar power, it's just been stored in different forms for long periods of time before being released during the combustion process inside my engine, but the energy still came from good ole Sol.

    What kind of meat?

Sausage, bacon, or slab o' beef?

My favorite hole-in-the-wall place is in Luray, VA.  They don't have a "sides" section to their menu, they have a "vegetable" section......with only the only real vegetable being mashed potatoes (even that's a stretch).

Other "vegetables" offered are mac'n'cheese, apple sauce, egg salad, etc.

They may not be too smart, but damn they can cook.
